| Clearance: ITEMS MARKED CLEARANCE CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. |

| Returns: Silkuneed.com sells only first quality designer silk fabric. Each yard has been inspected by hand for flaws. We custom cut exact yardage for each individual order. We do not accept returns unless the fabric is damaged in Shipment. Customer is advised to order Sample swatches to be 100% sure of the fabric color and feel. Silkuneed recommends you order a sample cut prior to purchase for exact color match. |

| Damaged Shipments:You must inspect your package upon delivery. If a package is delivered damaged kindly contact us immediately within 24 hours through Phone 1-407 876 1700. If a package is damaged or lost in transit we will replace it but your order will not be cancelled because of the loss or damage claim. |

| Characteristics of Silk:It is known and accepted fact that silk fabrics contain slubs which are natural characteristics of silk. Natural silk fabric has inherent flaws (slubs) which occur during the process of weaving silk these natural slubs enhance the overall appearance of silk fabric .Silkuneed.com gives no guarantees for consistency of silk weave variations or texture. |

| Dye lot variation:There could be slight variation in color of silk from bolt to bolt. Silkuneed.com cannot guarantee that color of your specific order will exactly match any sample you receive. We make best effort to achieve color consistency still during dyeing or weaving process some irregularities is inevitable in all silk fabrics. |
