| 3. Purchase Quantities – Minimum
order on all our fabric is one full yard. |

| 4. Prices – All prices of our fabrics
are subject to change without notice |

| 5. Sales Tax – All orders shipped outside the state
of Florida will not be charged sales tax unless mandated by individual
state law. Florida state orders will be charged sales tax at the prevailing
rate unless a sales tax permit is provided and verified. |

| 7. Order changes Once the fabric has been cut and
the order processed it cannot be changed or cancelled |

| 8. Sample Swatches Swatches will be approximately
6 inches wide x 4 inches long. Please note that the dye lots on fabrics
change from time to time, so the colors you receive on future orders
may vary from the swatch you initially receive. |

| 9. Damaged Shipments: You must inspect your package
upon delivery. If a package is delivered damaged kindly contact us
immediately within 24 hours. If a package is damaged or lost in transit
we will replace it but your order will not be cancelled because of
the loss or damage claim |

| 10. Returns: Silkuneed.com sells only first quality
designer silk fabric .Each yard has been inspected by hand for flaws.
We custom cut exact yardage for each individual order. We do not returns
unless the fabric is damaged in shipment . Customer is advised to
order Sample swatches to be 100% sure of the fabric color and feel.
Silkuneed recommend you order a sample cut prior to purchase for exact
color match . |

| 11. Dye lot variation: could slight variation in
color of silk from bolt to bolt. Siluneed.com cannot guarantee that
color of your specific order will exactly match any sample you receive.
We make best effort to achieve color consistency still during dyeing
or weaving process some irregularities are inevitable in all silk
fabrics. |

| 12. Characteristics of Silk: It
is known and accepted fact that silk fabrics contain slubs which are
natural characteristics of silk. Natural silk fabric has inherent
flaws(slubs) which accur during the process of weaving silk these
natural slubs enhance the overall appearance of silk fabric .silkuneed.com
gives no guarantees for consistency of silk weave variations or texture. |
